Barbecue and Italy-Brazil

I'm back!
spend their days working here a lot, but today there has been a welcome change a barbecue lunch!

Barbecue Barba and ass =
Oh, yeah, like we said Vincent, a French guy from our group, the French word "barbecue" comes from the way of the flesh on fire. It appears that you eat so the meat of goat, sheep in those cases the victim was impaled by the skewer, passing from the mouth (beard) and out of the ... "Cue".
So Barbecue read as Barb-e-cue means "beard-and-ass".

I said the barbecue, here today has finally ended the school year, then closed for lunch canteen and barbecue courtesy of Supaéro. Definitely not a great thing, do not you eat neither knows how, or who knows how well, But in any event, a leisurely lunch, cheered by a final day also stable, with a bright sun. The time, in fact, so far has been extremely variable, with extreme heat that can turn into rain and cold over a quarter of an hour, then magare back another half hour later, and so on ...

I also have photos, indeed, has made Stewart, but I have not had time to get over ... I'll add some to the slideshow as soon as possible ...

Italy-Brazil
While we are, I'll tell you even the match against the Brazilians play soccer yesterday at 5 in the gym ... Indeed, beginning from the first Italy-Brazil, that played last Friday and which I had pointed out.

Well, last time was a success across the board, the first practice match against the Italians in Brazil (with the addition of a Frenchman), swept 6-2!
were also added to their two French-Algerian soccer players to 5 of Supaéro, especially trained and very good and fresh as roses ...
Result? 5-2 to us!
Great day, then, unless scorer with 4 goals for, I've made 3 (and 3-pole), 1 Stewart, C. 1 Ale and 1 (with a stake of 15 m that is still shaking ...).

But back to the bitter truth of revenge that we played last night. Differences from the first race without us Salvo and C. (Slightly injured), them with our loan "Italian", Alberto, an Italian boy who we have met here and that he should play with us, passed from them outnumbered.
One of them (Julien) was playing in bare feet and finally felt the cool screams like "Joga, Joga!" or "Saliu" In short, we finally played against the Brazilians with a capital B!

encouraging start with a 5-1 final for us! But then we ate a lot of goals made (I for one ...), we have given away a lot to them ... and we ended up at 6-6! Last minute

excited, we go on with us 7-6, then we suffer the draw ... and a minute from the end of our light is another defensive and suffer the 8-7 for them, just by Alberto ... As the Italy-France 2000!
short, a somewhat undeserved defeat, and burning for all occasions and to throw out the monarchy in Brazil .... But they have played well and have not stolen anything. Italian
Score: Stewart (3), I (2), Ale (1), Sandro (1), with Amir superlative goal.

We would now like the beautiful, it will be difficult to organize because they will share Monday ...

Campus vacuum
For the record, the campus was already gradually emptying, Monday practically there will be no more than us ... At least return the Americans, who are the only casino to make the most of us when they talk ... sometimes too well ...

Hello everyone!

Pocket Camera Cases Great Soft Case!

dead weight on Elbow

Hello everyone.
very busy day today at the "institutional", as in the morning we had the meeting with the company following my group and in the afternoon we had the review with the tutor ...
To download the tensions, of course, at the end of the day we gave the usual practice match of football, this time 3 vs. 3 in the gym, and playing across the door. First game I

, Salvo (lame) and C. against Ali, and Daniel Stewart to win 10-8 and then, due to the defection of Daniel, game 2 vs 2 + Salvo "wildcard" (We called him bitch) that every goal that went the other team. Unfortunately we lost this game, I do not know if 10-6 or 10-7, though even this hard-fought, the one that broke his legs was my beautiful own goal, but also a bitch to level criticism of impartiality (as against 5 goals for us, with us zero) ...

Since I do not have much else to tell you, and especially having the curiosity generated in your hearts, I will tell in a fictionalized my fall on Friday ...

C ome had already happened several other times at the end of the day we went to the basketball court for a small football door (in the slideshow at right are a couple of pictures of sport in question ...). Once in the vicinity of the adjacent gym, we remembered the idea of \u200b\u200binflating the balloon with the compressor
located therein. Given the little desire to go to the not too distant de Garde Post to hand over the keys, the Genie is slipped inside through the window.

Although this practice may seem odd to the reader, this should not be considered. Indeed, practical question to be very common to use the gym without going to pick up the keys (although it has every right). But there is more than boredom with these because it was not such Ciufoli Codest how the Genius fell into ruin.

filled the air rubber ball and pseudo-leather used for the game of football, the genius, noticed a side door inadvertently left open, he decided to return to the field along a path which seemed slightly longer but less steep, thus avoiding further bypassed. That argument, however, in a few moments there was evidence of reckless and dangerously wrong.

arrived in about half of the alternative route and in view of the playing field occupied by companions waiting impatiently for the ball, the genius decided to relieve their pain of his delight in a delicious symphony launches, delivering them in a smaller ball time. "Ah, how to tell what a thing it is hard" not to notice the ground on which dell'instabile his feet and the ball came to rest at that moment ....

At the same moment in which the foot free kick grazed the ball, its symmetrical limb, and in that time claimed the entire body weight, decidette to chase the ball and go with it on the way to the playground, feeling the gentle massage that small stones conceded to the sole of his shoe and forgetting a strange physical effect that some call the "friction" ...

The fall was not so trite and hackneyed as the "slip on banana peel," which takes off with support foot to the top, followed by a thud ... The fall was much more direct, straight to the ground, without raising the slightest the body up, but only by pushing it down firmly ... The impact was so meteoric that his hands even found time and opportunity to stand in the way violent and abrupt contact with the ground. It remained only the dull noise impact and the smell of burning rubber ...

Summary: kicking the ball while I was on gravel, the support foot m'è party away and fell on his elbow and left buttock without even having time to put down your hands. Bad! I could not even scream so I needed to breath! I swear that after there was the smell of burnt rubber, the sole of the shoe! I am not exaggerating!
The fall was so vertical that I now have a "hole" real and right on the left elbow by a stone, is only now finishing up heal ... In addition to several long deep scratches.
(If you see good pictures of the "quest for the Grail:" You see a great patch on his elbow ...)

However, I'm just fine, except for a little elbow aesthetic ...

Greetings, folks!

Traveling in the footsteps of the Cathars Toulouse

Hello everyone!
Already you miss, right?
As I wrote in my first post, the weekend trips would have a separate space, so why not just start with the last, yesterday's (Saturday, June 23), or a trip dedicated to the Cathar castles?
Who were the Cathars (also known as Albigenses)? I will not give too much explanation, wikipedia provides an excellent summary, the most interesting thing is that it is said that the Cathars, called heretics by the Church and France (jealous of their power which was expanding) were held by the Treasury of the Templars and
also possessed the Holy Grail!

Rennes-Le-Chateau
course, the route could only start a of the most famous churches, and mysterious, that thanks to the book "The Da Vinci Code" has increased his fame.
parties from Toulouse in the morning, we stop at that Couiza to stock up on food in a Despar (the
our itinerary includes lunch, baguette result, and relish for me and the Prince Dolcino a "cool and nuts" by 'fresh air but devastating) and to recover and Compeed patches in pharmacy, as the genius who is writing this Friday has seen fit to destroy an elbow dropping dead weight on the gravel.
Without digressing too much, back to our mystical journey we reach the famous church.

arrived in the village, the first thing we see is the bizarre (and not at all Cathar) Torre Magdala, and with a beautiful view across the valley, really beautiful, built in the nineteenth century. by the mysterious Cardinal Sauniere, the same that restored the famous church. Avoided the inside of the tower, we head to the church just
of Rennes-Le-Chateau, which of course could only be dedicated to Mary Magdalene ...
The impact is difficult to describe the church, a church is small and hidden among the houses, but as soon as there is the front seems to be a movie set.
We spoke of the restoration work done by Sauniere, well there really wonder how a town so small and lost the priest has found the money
necessary to make such a rich church. I hope from my photos are unable to make the idea.
Surely even more impressive is the garden adjoining the church, with the entrance a bit 'disturbing the cemetery (complete with skull-pirate) but especially with the cross in the center and its base at the foot of which there are several
"cups" and where there is so much famous words "Christus AOMPS defendit" that still has not been clearly deciphered.

I actually I did, I can not write here of course meaning, but the photos are proof that I have found the Holy Grail and how it is now in my possession
...

The Castle of Termes

concluded the visit to the church, we head towards Termes making a quick stop in Arques to see only from outside the castle (no big deal ). We arrive at Termes and after an uphill walk of about twenty minutes (under a sun quite exhausting) we reach the castle, or rather we reach what is left.
Termes was one of the most strenuous Cathar castles and siege gave the French only because of dysentery caused by the poor maintenance of water tanks, yes you read right. The castle was destroyed in the seventeenth century it became a den of robbers. The ruins are still very interesting, intriguing and the most beautiful thing left standing is the window with cross-shaped opening of what was once the church. Sure it adds a slight air of mystery and even mysticism of the place.

Castle Peyrepertuse
Last castle of our itinerary is what we have for simplicity renamed to Pimperepettennusa (not very different from the French name).
passed through villages where the natives probably our view avran said: "Look, you got another iron horse! E 'already on the third year "at the car park located under the imposing walls of the castle, where we wait half an hour's walk uphill from some twig and stone steps that fool you with their little roughness but that traps you encounter slippery when you least expect it.
Surrounded by long walls built in a shape to the point that words on the side of the mountain, the ruins of the fortress are really beautiful, it's like stepping back 800 years imagining Ser Guillame (the last to abandon it) from the top of the fortress can keep an eye on both valleys, the North and the South is also seen in the nearby castle of Quéribus, we have not had time to go and visit, and also according to the said the guide should also be seen the sea, but the sky was a bit 'cloudy and the view was not quite clear. Too bad!
How can I hope to show some photos, the view is breathtaking, overlooking the rocks of the mountain for the view that sin in general in this part of France, does not offer anything special, it is rather dull. When you travel, despite the hundreds of miles you can go by, the landscape around you is always the same!

Far Petrol in France

After the visit (at 20), the episode more "fun" of the day.

If you find yourself in France in the car, here's a quick lesson: FATE OF PETROL DAY! The self-service here
ONLY accept credit cards, and so far could also be good, too bad that accept MasterCard and Visa only if the microchip. With the magnetic stripe only accept American Express (or so it seems, none of us have it and we are not sure ...). The thing is absurd, because wherever he pays no problems with the Visa Electron (also transfer), even from the same gas stations! Only ATMs not PhotoLine.
We find it in reserve in the middle of roads where a car passes every 5 minutes and none of those stops for gas ... After a few attempts Outreach roadside we can stop a couple of cars, the second is led by a guy who offers to help, he pays for us and we give them the money in cash ...

Perpignan (with the feast of Saint Jean)

(for photos, I thank you Amir)
After losing more than an hour into this, we head towards the nearby Perpignan, a town very close to the Mediterranean and very close to Spain. The main impression of the newly arrived is immediately aware of being near the sea, even if it is 15 km away, the air, the people, the terrace of the restaurants in the square.
In addition, a captain in this nice city especially at night when there are celebrations of Saint Jean! Yes, the same S. John will be celebrating tonight in Turin.
We have dinner in a restaurant with a English food very nice, large bathroom where a cellophane cover slides over the shaft every time you sit down. Made you want to sedertici even if you did not need! It would be more than anything else served after dinner, as the plate included "Bolas" meat with white beans ...
Just enough time to pay the bill and start the fireworks (no, not my real ones ...) from what I believe is the city's castle, but given the dark and fleeting visit could also be a normal building. However
the palace / castle on the river, the fireworks were really beautiful, with music and light, was one of the few times that I could say that the show was the most beautiful of our fires. .. This year, unfortunately I can not make the comparison, but at least I can say I saw the fires of St. John the same!

Gone the fires of course back to campus, destroyed, arrive at 2:00, we're emptying the machine when
I and C. we realize that you forgot one thing: Dolcino "cool and nuts" bought Despar in the morning ... Obviously, not being able to throw away, you can imagine how the end of the evening was "sweet", accompanied by fresh beer ...

Dofus Cras In Gob Set

Welcome!

At last, I open a blog ... I know, nobody was missing, but someone had asked me a bit 'of times ... In the beginning I was not convinced, in fact I was deeply contrary, in the end I want this has failed, more than anything else to keep in some way a reminder of the past few months I'll be spending abroad. And also to meet some 'my desire to write.

Now, however, has already spent more than a month after the beginning of my adventure, and how?

Simple, or maybe not, but I will do so: In this post I will make a brief (as possible) a summary of this month, leaving out the rides of the weekend which I'll discuss later, when I will not have anything to Definitely tell ... I omit something, but when I will tell you to mind, like a flash-back, like those movies that start with the story that has already started, it then goes on to a long digression on the beginning of the story and then during the performance leaves room for some flash-back that makes the clarity of this story ...

myself clear? Probably not, but I'm beginning the same.

Travel companions

E 'duties as first names and faces of my fellow master otherwise it would be very difficult to know who I'm talking about every time.

Above (from left): Alex (Axel), Daniel (Mi'Zio / Jules Verne), Salvo (Master / CabinMan), Amir (Captain) , Sandra (Tony Rap / Lupin). Bottom (from left): Stewart (Steward / Suerte / Area Cesarini / Larsen / Alzatore), C. (Prince) [she wants her privacy], and of course myself.

In the three panels, from left, Cosimo (Padre Pio / Pianist on the Ocean), Alessandro (cylinder) and Vincent (Jones).

be added is that we are all Italian (9), apart from Alex (German) and Vincent (French).

Arrival and accommodation in Toulouse

Departure from Turin-Caselle Saturday 19 Maggio'07, car, actors Cosimo, Sandro, C., Ali, Amir, Stewart and I, or 7 people in 3 cars. It seems a lot of leftovers place, right? Well, forget it, machines overloaded and apparently will return to the worst.

However, after a journey that was to start at 10 and started at 10.40 (also my fault, yes ...) and ended at 19.50 peppered with several stops and a couple of photos taken by a famous and friendly French photographer called self Velòcs, we come to the campus Supaéro.

To welcome the "Poste de Garde", the very nice gentlemen who tell us that our rooms are booked from next Monday onwards ... laughs gags accompanying the lords just met, then followed by very long snouts and incarogniti due to the discovery that the was not a gag cabaret ... In any case, everything can be solved and we get the keys to our rooms, they were not before (always politely) informed that the restaurant is closed on campus at that weekend ...

The campus

Supaéro is a very exclusive school here in France, the campus concept as part of those points we saw during our adolescence in the American TV series (yes, I speak of their Beverly Hills 90210), although much more aesthetically crude oil. There are several buildings, namely the dorms (3), canteen, laboratories, and the complex where there are classrooms, offices and of course the prof. Finally Last but not least, a gym and swimming pool. In short, all very handy and in one large complex, think how nice getting up in the morning ten minutes before you go to class, at the end of the pool and take an hour or so after another 10 minutes already be in your room ... When we understand also in Italy will be too late ...

great sins of the campus is isolated from the city and all the rest. By car there is a quarter of an hour to get downtown, more looking for parking (which is not very easy here ... and if I say so ...) I say we go by bike ... 20-30 minutes for shopping or on foot or in a convenience store near here car to a Carrefour, even in the first quarter of an hour ... I say only that the discount is called "The Mutant", then it always goes to Carrefour ...

The French

here should make a big, very big distinction between the students and Tolosiani Supaéro.

Starting from the second, these guys come in here before, once we have finished what is high school, do well 2 years of prep school to get into this school, pretty much just studying mathematics and physics So ... , for two years to make a life losers, then they arrive here in 21 years and discover the life, living alone, beer, etc ... so they do not know regular minimum, seems to see the 14/massimo 16 year old in the body of 21 year old ... and still remain of the Nerds. The craziest thing: get here, you expect to be healthy now that of your building. Or at least to greet them when crossing the 10 time. No, wrong, you try with "Hi!", "Hello!", "Salut!", "Bonjour!" ... Nothing to do, do not meet, greet you exclusively:

  • when you're eating (when they eat their shit you not)
  • When you're in the bathroom

Do not ask me why, it just so, there is no explanation ... I

Tolosiani seem quite different, however. I say "seem" because they saw the isolation of the campus do not feel even claim to know the city and its citizens. I must say that I was very surprised, I knew that the French are very different from region to region (I believe, have our own people ... but four times the surface), but my limited knowledge of France in Paris and the Cote d'Azur led me to have certain preconceptions that there are far fewer confirmations ...

First, much more they strive to understand what you are saying, one of my ideas of the French was that if not perfect pronunciation of the words they did not pretend to understand you, or at least that I've almost always been when I was in those places. Here is the proximity to Spain, the origin of Occitan, the Arab influence, but also understand ME when squashed a few words of French ... I do not know which is known to a club ... Another thing, I found several people here (though still a few ... ) able to speak English, for heaven's sake, never to the levels of Germany, Holland, Sweden, etc.. but honestly, if compared with Italy here ... but alas we CHAMPIONS WORLD, and sometimes is good to remember!

The French do not

obviously starting from the Italians, we met here three, one went off just after we arrived (just in time to sell your used refrigerator .. thanks Gianni! ). Mauro and Alberto, however, are still here (even if only for a few days) and have proved to be very good boys, nice and simple, always ready to lend a hand, really fantastic!

Two weeks after our arrival came a group of American students, I must say a very heterogeneous group (besides the fact that there are few real Americans) are smaller (Max 21 years) and in some cases we see a lot. We tied a bit 'more with 3-4 guys, to tell the truth the only ones to look a bit' smarter, more than anything else is always to ask for something, even stupid things, but every day a good reason to come to knock, and ask ... problems: every time you cross the stairs are not limited to NEVER a simple "Hi!" ... No, they should always add a "How is it going?" or a "How do you feel today? "" What did you do yesterday? "," What are you doing tonight? " ... All this even though the same person you met 5 minutes first!

New entry (just last night): the Brazilians!

Known since yesterday we played soccer ... won or lost? Keep a bit 'of suspense in the coming days (maybe tomorrow) I will give a summary of the meeting, comments and interviews with "cold". They still very nice, I think we'll play against other times because we have a lot of fun!

Work

Yeah, I also come here (especially in theory) to work ... In fact even if the story I've written so far does not appear, here we are working a lot, Every morning we start at 9.15 and in theory we should end up at 18 ... but these days more often (not so willingly) 18.30/18.45 before you end up ... However, we are not working well and I am convinced that we will get good results at the end ... But bored over there because I already know what interests you the thing ...

Sport

already said of football, it should be noted that there are two possibilities: soccer in the gym at 5 and 4 vs. 4 on the outdoor pitch on the playground with small doors (no goalkeeper).

But when the sport is soccer-tennis (which many French people already there have copied), where Alessandro reigns supreme ... in 4vs4, however, by beating some teams signed if it is taken ...

There is also a grass field that is used for both rugby and for the football to 11 across the doors there are to play a 7, so we tried it once but we were too few and came out great.

There is a beautiful indoor pool and gym to weight. In the gym where we play football at 5, also plays volleyball and basketball. Note my passion for the ball to pieces, I met the captain of the basketball team and he told me I could go and play ... I would have done willingly, were it not that I'm not ever know anything (and it's been a month), it will be because the bill in the evening and is always drunk (see Par "The French") . If I play in the enterprise, I will write ... surely

The Entertainment

I am the last part, I'm glad somebody did it to read this far without falling asleep or go to the page of the Gazette for Follow the latest football market!

Toulouse is a city with many students (the second in France after Paris), then the evening is a city VIVA really (sometimes maybe too much, given how many kids are reduced in the evening ...)! Pubs, disco-pubs and even a couple of clubs, crowded with people and unfortunately the smoke. Oh, yes, even here there is no anti-smoking and all of us Italians had lost the habit of leaving a room with red eyes, burning throat and immediately put clothes in the washing machine ... When you come out here not You have to dress well, you get the dirty stuff, so when you come home is much, much worse ...

When out in Toulouse? I personally recommend the Thursday and Friday evenings. Stop. Only "problem" premises that are starting to close at 2, but at least there's a good mix of vitality, but without having too much drink drink something crowd on Saturdays the premises are open until late, but when we came out (in fact above all others, I hardly ever on Saturday) has never been much in an evening ... Perhaps because there's too many people, or people simply because there is "wrong," I do not know why ...

I do not know. I prefer to use it for the weekend to do some trip around, there are really good seats! We have already visited several, but as I said at the beginning of this very long post, but necessary, I'll get it later ... For now, I salute you and wish you a wonderful day!

Gigio.
