Malta and other masterpieces
I was 3 days in Malta for business. The island has a lot of ugliness but has many beautiful and wonderful. Mdina and Valletta is beautiful is beautiful. All around you see only the sea and I wonder if 'isolated' comes from 'island'. How can you not feel isolated if all introrno to you that there is no sea? I asked them how they feel. It must be wonderful and frightening. I have seen, of course, the two paintings by Caravaggio in San Giovanni, and, as usual, I checked 32 teeth in a smile and two tears of emotion. The Beheading of St. John is immense in size and San Girolamo is a blend of poise and perfection. Now I have seen almost all of Caravaggio.
short, I suggest you go to Malta: it costs very little and is a perfect mix of Pugòlia, Sicily and North Africa. In addition, the Cathedral of St. John is one of incredible beauty: it was the first time I saw a baroque way. The bank has also allowed me to visit the summer presidential seal, but is not that good.
As for the flight, I was nervous the first leg of my return and I was tired, so on both routes have suffered too much. But there was never any objective reason to be afraid. It was just one problem, my head. Note that the question of return has given me the impression - that at some point was converted into absolute certainty, that I had the wrong road. For an hour I witnessed a scene never seen before. It was not Italy. It seemed to be in Austria and the Dolomites. Instead it was Italy and now I am so curious that I'm going to study the geographical features, yet the doubt because I have it.
